About the JCPMP

The Junior Construction Professionals Mentorship Program (JCPMP) is a structured mentorship initiative launched in 2023 by Rickfes Construction Ltd. The program operates under the leadership of Patrick Mwangi and is designed to nurture the next generation of construction and built environment professionals in Kenya.

The program is intentionally designed to address a critical industry gap: the challenge junior construction professionals face in applying academic theory to real-world construction and development scenarios hence places strong emphasis on personal development, professional ethics, industry exposure, leadership and practical career skills.

Below are profiles of most of the JCMP mentees from 2023 to date. The program accommodates participants while they are students as they later graduate and transition into the industry.

We invite organizations, professionals and industry stakeholders to review their profiles and engage them for relevant opportunities, collaborations, internships or professional engagements, as mutually agreed.
